Objectives and Scope of the Assignment

The primary objective of this assignment is to develop a database of mini-grids and related assets for project developers and other stakeholders. Thus, this assignment is expected to: 1) Update a repository of prominent minigrids, agricultural productive use equipment and related assets as well as potential sites in Nigeria based on the results of GIS mapping and market intelligence

Consultant Competencies

The required qualifications and experience of the consultant are as follows: • An advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 10 years of relevant work experience across programming languages and website development and management. • Experience in working with the UN, and UNDP in particular, international organizations, and similar agencies would be an advantage • Clear understanding of - and skills for building and maintaining a website • Previous experience in conducting similar assignments.

Submission of First draft of repository

The consultant shall present the project deliverables in a session with the PMU

An updated repository - of sites for mini-grid, productive use equipment and related assets and potential sites - operational
